One of the most effective and fundamental Eczema home treatments is a change of diet. People don’t realise that every single thing we eat and drink can have a dramatic effect on our wellbeing. Studies have shown direct links from Eczema to having high acid content in the diet.

I personally take Repcillin twice a day. We now have it in a spray and I squirt it on my tongue after brushing my teeth.
I have been doing this for over two years now and have not fallen ill once, even when others around me get the flu, I stay well.
I believe it has boosted my imune system

I’ve tryed everything to cure my Atopic Eczema, starting with topical steroids, through Protopic Tacrolimus. It always comes back. Does this Repcillin can help me with my problem? and will this Eczema go away once and for all?

In case of atopic eczéma, a change of diet can bring relief but certainly doesn’t cure it!

my sister went to a specialist and took a pill for 6 months that cured her skin… i was told i could do the same… but it suppresses the immune system, so if i get sick, i get screwed… i don’t like the risks

I found that sun bathing (as gay as it sounds) for like 20 minutes a day helps me ALOT. A pharmacist (friend) of mine told me that it would help, and it did. If you’re helpless like me then you need to give sun bathing for 20 minutes a day a shot (no sun tan lotion) (hence only 20 minutes). I also talked to a natural supplement distributor and she said that most of eczema flare ups are from diet and stress.

My son suffers badly from eczema, he holidays regular in sun and sea bathing, very beneficial. Failing that, bath/soak at home in sea salt water once a week, dap dry, cream. Don’t use soaps, also you can buy natural Indian soap balls to put in washing machine. Keep off dairy foods, have goats milk, cheese, yogurts, butter and good quality orange juice (Vit.D).Diet and stress can make it flare up, but it’s an immune problem.

“they barely know the true cause!” – A deficiency in a persons internal organs. The exaggerated immune response ( skin rash ) is symptomatic of a deeper problem. I have a friend who had eczema and tried everything. Finally, he visited a chinese doctor and was told that his stomach had microscopic holes which was allowing food particles to affect his skin. His digestive system needed to heal.
Once his digestive system healed, his eczema was gone. My infant has it and its a tough one to control.

I had eczema as a child until age ten. My mother cut out all dairy, gave me vitamin E and zinc and within three months it was gone. Completely..and has never returned. When I am stressed my hands will itch, this is there is was the worst as a kid but I never have the scaly breakout rash. Not sure if it will work for everyone but it worked for me along with putting straight vitamin E oil on the rash.
